Masseria Tumpagno, the new luxury between nature and culture

Masseria Tumpagno is a symbol of renaissance: an ancient Puglian farmhouse brought back to life thanks to an ambitious sustainable restoration project. At its heart is an organic farm, surrounded by 25 hectares of land, 400 ancient olive trees and 2,400 fig trees, with eight exclusive villas immersed in the tranquillity of the Fasano countryside.

This flagship project redefines tourism by enhancing the cultural heritage and biodiversity of the area, giving birth to a new idea of luxury: authentic, conscious and in complete harmony with nature.

While the Masseria is being restored to its former splendour, the land around it has already been revitalised. The olive trees are producing exceptional oil, the figs are ripening and the landscape is blooming. In 2027, Masseria Tumpagno will officially open its doors, offering an experience where elegance and beauty merge with the most authentic essence of Puglia.

The visual identity of Masseria Tumpagno is born from the concept of origin: deep roots in the land of Puglia, caressed by the Mediterranean breeze.

The logo, with its elongated serifs, recalls the architectural solidity of the Masseria, giving the lettering a timeless elegance. This choice reflects the brand's heritage and its link with Italian history. The colour palette is inspired by the tones of nature, with greens evoking the estate's olive and fig trees. Subtle botanical illustrations accompany the brand mark, reinforcing the connection to the land. The combination of typefaces makes the visual identity dynamic and contemporary, ready to lead a new era of conscious tourism.
